Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Housekeeping:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and removing waste.
- Ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.
Maintenance & Repairs:
- Inform building administration about any necessary fixes or upkeep problems.
- Make sure all workspaces are well-maintained and quickly deal with any dirtiness.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure that safety standards are adhered to.
- Handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning safely and in line with established safety guidelines.
General Housekeeping:
- Keep your workspace neat and orderly consistently.
- Store and discard all materials correctly, following company guidelines.
Physical Tasks:
- Perform physically demanding tasks, such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling repetitively throughout the workday.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification.
Experience & Skills:
- Physically healthy and capable of doing demanding tasks.
- Dependable and able to work alone.
- Can operate large cleaning tools and machines.
- Communicates well and collaborates effectively with others.
- Drives oneself and plans work efficiently.
