Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the First National Bank learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 34 years old
- You need to be a South African national.
- Possess a Matric certificate or a more advanced qualification (NQF 5 or 6 are acceptable).
- You must have been without a job for at least half a year.
- You are not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- You have very little or no prior work experience (less than a year in total).
- You must not have previously been employed by FirstRand Bank or taken part in their FirstJob program.
