Key Duties & Responsibilities
Complete NQF level 4 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
The Learnership is a structured integrated learning programme that combines theoretical (formal) training and on-the-job learning (structured work experience).
Skills, Experience & Education
- You need to have finished high school (Grade 12).
- You must be good at English and another South African language.
- You cannot have done this exact same training program with another company before.
- You must be a South African citizen.
- We are looking for someone who helps us meet our employment equity goals.
- You must not have a job right now.
- You need to be between 18 and 35 years old.
- You must provide a current medical document that explains your disability.
- You need to be ready to join a 12-month training program.
- You should be able to motivate yourself.
- You should be focused on achieving results.
- You need to pay close attention to small details.
- You must communicate well, both speaking and writing.
- You should be able to work in different kinds of work settings.
- You should also be able to work well when things are busy or stressful.
- You cannot have a criminal history.
- You must not be currently studying full-time in any formal education program.
