Learnership Requirements:
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
- Grade 12 completed within the past 5 years (2021 – 2025)
- Minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership before
- South African citizen
- Willing to attend both workplace training and prescribed classes

Duties and Responsibilities
Learners appointed to the Customer Service Centre will be trained to perform a variety of call centre and customer service functions, including:
- Always offer excellent service to customers.
- Manage all customer calls and contacts with professionalism.
- Solve customer problems and complaints by working with the right people inside the company.
- Record customer orders correctly and on time.
- Confirm customer orders following the usual steps.
- Tell customers when their accounts are paused.
- Report any order problems to the proper departments.
- Sell Clover and main products that fit what customers need.
- Help foster a spirit of cooperation and working together within the team.
- Join team meetings and help the team reach its goals.
- Ensure information is visually organized.
- Work together to meet the department’s goals.
