Each day, we make calls from office phones or use an automatic dialer to reach specific sales goals or set up meetings with possible customers. These meetings might involve reconnecting services, starting new services, improving existing ones, connecting multiple services, or moving services to a new location.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Post Matric qualification – preferred
  • A minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • A minimum of 1 year cold calling experience within a sales call centre
  • At least 1 year’s administration experience within a client-centric environment
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Spending most of the workday making calls to potential customers from provided lists to get sales or schedule appointments, or using automated dialing systems.
  • Responding to incoming calls and helping customers with their questions.
  • Directing calls to the correct department when necessary.
  • Managing and solving customer complaints, or sending them to a higher level if appropriate for the situation.
  • Confirming details about the person listening.
  • Meeting necessary quality assurance scores if they apply.
  • Reaching the company’s goals for success rate, number of calls, and daily objectives for sales, appointments, or scheduled technical calls.
  • Collaborating with co-workers and helping them with everyday problems in the call center.
