About the Role
As a Grants Administrator, you’ll help process and manage applications for social grants. This involves directly assisting clients, managing documents, checking for adherence to rules, and aiding with digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your duties will include:
- Screening clients upon arrival
- Supporting grant application processes
- Managing queues and client flow
- Conducting eligibility assessments
- Updating beneficiary records
- Handling file management and digitisation
- Supporting biometric and self-service systems
- Assisting with compliance monitoring and audits
- Providing reporting and administrative support
- Supporting automation and digital service initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for these positions, applicants must have:
- An NQF Level 6 qualification (360 credits) recognised by SAQA
